The Architizer A+Awards 2015 Gala kicked off NYCxDesign week on May 14th. The definitive architecture awards program honors the best and brightest contemporary architects and designers, and recognizes several Special Achievement Awards in keeping with the collaborative spirit of the A+Awards program.

Five honorees were presented with Special Achievement Awards in acknowledgment of their contributions to the field of architecture and design. 14+ Foundation received Architizer's 2015 Impact Award for the Chipakata Children's Academy and its focus on quality design to inspire change and engage the community.
