14+ Foundation is hosted its 5th Annual Cocktail Benefit supporting children's education in Africa. The benefit was held on Thursday, October 5th, 2017 at the at The Cutting Room in New York City and was attended by 600+ guests and raised over $800,000. The evening featured a live performance by Grammy Award winning artist Melanie Fiona. NBA Golden State Warriors’ Kevin Durant was the honorary event chair for the event which was followed by an after party, hosted by event partner, Everyday People with music by DJ Rich Knight and DJ mOma.
The event celebrated 14+ Foundation’s 5 year anniversary and past collaborations with a notable roster of artists, musicians, fashion designers, athletes and architects including architect Annabelle Selldorf, Olympic Medalist Daryl D. Homer, Broadway Actor and Dancer Dana Marie Ingraham, Abrima Erwiah and Rosario Dawson of Studio 189, and Darlene and Lizzy Okpo of William Okpo.
